What is Ahara?

Ahara helps groups coordinate food orders and catering more easily. You can create a group, invite members, collect orders, and track everything in one place.

Platform availability: iOS and Android (including closed testing on Google Play while we finish development).

How to delete your Ahara account

You can permanently delete your Ahara account directly from within the app. Deleting your account removes your profile and signs you out. You may lose access to your groups and related data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Ahara app on your device.
2. Sign in with the account you wish to delete.
3. Go to any group’s main screen (where you see the Members and Orders tabs).
4. In the top-right corner, tap the ⋯ (three-dot) menu.
5. Select Delete Account.
6. Read the confirmation message carefully, then tap Delete to confirm.

Note: In some cases, for security reasons, you may be asked to sign in again before your account can be deleted. This is required by our authentication provider to verify that you are the account owner.

If you can’t access the app

If you no longer have access to the app or the email address you used to sign up, you can request account deletion by contacting support:

• Email us at support@ahara-hub.com
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
• Include the email address and phone number you used in Ahara, and any group names you remember.

We may ask for additional information to confirm ownership before processing the deletion request.

Deleting a group you own

Only the group owner can delete a group. Deleting a group removes it for all members.

1. Open the Ahara app and sign in.
2. Go to the group you own.
3. On the group main screen, tap the ⋯ (three-dot) menu in the top-right.
4. Select Delete Group.
5. Confirm when prompted.

This action cannot be undone. Existing messages and orders may be permanently removed or become inaccessible.

Data & Privacy

Ahara uses Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, and Messaging) to provide secure sign-in, store group and order information, and deliver notifications.

• We collect basic account information you provide (such as name, email, and phone number).
• We use this information only to operate the app and communicate with you about your account.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time using the steps above.
